Aaliyah wasn’t just a singer, but she was a heck of a dancer. When I saw her in the video with Timbaland and Magoo “Luv 2 Luv Ya”, that’s when I knew she could really move. There was just something about the way the video camera captured her moving. In all of the other music videos Aaliyah danced in, she was great. But there was something in Aaliyah’s dancing I had never seen before in “Luv 2 Luv Ya”. She could move in harmony with the guys and be sexy at the same time for one thing. That made her special. Aaliyah was a dancing young lady.
